Five Points Christmas Open House
A holiday kick-off family event occurred last week in Five Points, Athens Georgia. Five Points shop owners held their Five Points Christmas Open House Sunday afternoon November 23rd along with Santa and Mrs. Claus, Christmas carolers, and holiday characters. Children rode Santa’s horses in Georgia Federal Credit Union’s parking lot. Also featured was a Gingerbread House Competition and local musical entertainment including a gospel choir. The Doc Hodgson memorial tree lighting occurred at dusk. From a member of the Friends of Five Points we thank all those in attendance!
