This does not reflect your local market necessarily or the segment of the market in which you reside. For example in the Greater Athens area if you live in Five Points versus a subdivision in the county price levels might actually be stable and/or increasing in value compared to a year ago.
This report takes a broad brush approach. What I think is interesting for potential home buyers is that this shows once again the need, with record low interest rates, to get off the fence and start looking for that next purchase!
