According to the Zillow Mortgage Marketplace, the average rate, for the recent week, borrowers who contacted Zillow were quoted on for thirty-year mortgages fell to 5.06 percent. This data, compiled by leading real estate Web site Zillow.com®, also noted that the 15-year mortgage decreased to 4.68 percent, while the 5-1 adjustable rate mortgage decreased all the way down to 4.47 percent from 4.65 percent the previous week.
