Well now we have our newly extended, and expanded I might add, home buyer tax credit.  Let me add another idea into the mix.  What if you as a home buyer could have Job Loss Protection on the home you purchase?  Let’s say that after you have moved into your new home you had the peace of mind to know that the home you purchased had unemployment coverage for 2 years after your closing date so that in the event you lost your job your mortgage was paid for up to six (6) months and up to $1,800 per month?
