Google kind of tells the tale, so to speak. With all of the talk of Extended Tax Credits, record low interest rates, and other home buyer perks, I have noticed over the past few weeks a huge influx of key word searches to my blog dealing with our local Christmas parade. The “most wonderful time of the year” is dominating thoughts of course about now. From a geeky analytical point of view I find the data interesting. In just a “week,” key word phrases for Christmas have rotated into the top few search engine terms spots for the “year” right below Georgia home buyer tax credits and right above mortgage rates!

Now please note that I am no Scrooge by a long shot. Just analyzing the information. Oh well, maybe I shouldn’t fight or question it. After all even WordPress is putting “falling snow” on my blog!
