The Winder, GA housing landscape has seen its own share of ups and downs over the past year(s). From August ’08 through October ’09 we see average list price for sale drop from $186,000 to a current $166,000. Average sold prices have fallen from $129,000 to a recent $115,000 with lows down in the low $100k’s. Inventory levels have settled down as well.
