Found a neat tool at Google today called Google Insights that shows Web activity for various search subjects and regions of the world. The site would not let me narrow down all the way to a search in the Greater Athens area as it lumped us into the Atlanta Metro area search group, but what I have listed above came from the search results as the Top Searches under Real Estate,Georgia, for 2009. Check out this site, it is pretty neat information if you delve into analytics, and you should if you have your own business because this tells you what people are looking for on the Web!
